Careful on the way in. Effortless after.

Moving a website is where search history gets lost. Changing it afterwards is where practices waste time. We designed both to be boring, in the best way.

The migration

Seven steps, in this order, for every practice.

  1. 01

    Collect access, never passwords

From your dashboard checklist, you add us as a user to your domain settings, Google Search Console and Google Business Profile. No one emails a password.

  2. 02

    Export your search baseline

Before anything changes, we save 16 months of your Search Console pages and queries, so we can compare after launch.

  3. 03

    Capture every address

We list every URL on your current site and build a complete redirect map for anything that needs to move.

  4. 04

    Rebuild, using what you own

A design made for your practice alone, your own photos and facts, and rewritten copy that you approve. We never copy your current provider’s code, text or licensed stock photos.

  5. 05

    Review the whole site

A password-protected preview of every page. You sign off before launch.

  6. 06

    Launch at a quiet time

We lower DNS caching in advance, change only your website records so email keeps working, and check every URL straight afterwards.

  7. 07

    Watch closely

Daily Search Console checks for the first week, weekly for two months, with a 30-day and a 90-day report.

We promise a careful migration and honest reporting. We don’t promise rankings; no one can.

Every change, previewed and approved.

After launch, every change moves through the same four stages. You see where each one is in your dashboard.

  1. Requested

    You

Use a quick form for hours, closures, phone, booking links, doctors or insurance. For anything else, describe it in plain English and attach files.

  2. Preview

    Us, then you

Quick edits generate a preview immediately. Bigger requests are built by our team with AI assistance, in an isolated copy of your site. You compare before and after, then approve it or ask for changes.

  3. Approved

    Us

A person on our team checks scope, accessibility, content claims and the visual result, then publishes. AI never publishes on its own.

  4. Live

    Both

You’re notified when it’s live. Every request, approval and change is logged, and any change can be rolled back.

Quick edits
Live within one business day of your approval.
Custom requests
A preview within two business days.
Urgent issues
Like a wrong phone number, acknowledged the same day.

Service-level targets during our pilot; we’ll publish measured turnaround times once we have them.
